Description
To access the route, start from Martuni town heading to the village of Lernahovit on the M10. Then you drive towards the village of Madina until you reach the end; continue driving along the highway in the direction of Mount Armaghan. The road to Armaghan is immensely beautiful when reaching the lake and the St. Harutyun church on the summit.
There are ridges on the mountain where the slope is very steep and running is difficult. Near the summit of Armaghan Mountain, the winding road becomes sandstone. The rugged peak, the church, the breeze, and the lake provide a beautiful setting that is well worth the climb.
