Description
The trail is challenging and steep, but the reward is two viewspoints. The second view is breathtaking.
At the parking lot near the bridge, there is an information board and a sign for Falls Trail. The trail starts here. Go down the stone stairs, turn right and go under the bridge. Follow the trail to another information board. Most runners go straight to waterfalls. You turn right and follow red markers.
Soon the trail climbs up the stone steps and progressively gets harder. At 0.6 miles you'll pass the shortcut trail to the top of waterfalls. At 0.8 miles you'll see first overlook. Once you enjoy the view, turn around and you'll see a huge stone. In front of this stone, there is an unmarked trail. Take this trail for another 0.6 miles to the next perfect 180 degrees view. The view is worth every effort.
