The Palmetto Trail: Stumphouse Passage

The Stumphouse Passage trailhead is located in the falls parking area. Adjacent to the parking area is the historic Stumphouse Tunnel and Issaqueena Falls, two well-known local attractions.

The trail through the park is shared use with mountain bikers. It leads through hardwood forest and connects into several additional mountain biking trails throughout the 400-acre park. Along the way, you'll pass the Walhalla Reservoir.
