How to reach to the trail:
First of all, the runiers must reach to Melik Village by car. Please, use taxi service with taximeters.

Trail description:
The trail is located in Melik Village of Aragatsotn Province continues to Mount Toukhmanuk (2761 meter altitude). It is possible to enjoy nice panoramic views from the peak of the mountain, then it ends in Lusagyugh Village near the Mkhe Monastery.

Monuments description:
The Monastery of Mkhe was constructed in the 4th Century and it stands unitl our days. It is situated on the old trade way which is visible only in some places.

Flora:
Tsaghkunyats Sierra is mainly forested. The climate is wet which is why the mountains are covered with oak, hawthorn, and sesame trees. The village has a soft climate, which is why it is possible to meet wild apple and pear in the forests.

Fauna:
This trail is full of adventures, as on the way the runners can meet wolves, foxes, wild rabbits etc. There are birds, whale, quail, reindeer, woodpecker in the fields and forests. Also, during the hot season, the snakes are also evident on the slopes of the mountain.
