Fee area (Saguaro National Park), but access is from a neighborhood road. There is room for 4 to 6 vehicles. Park in the area in front of the gate. This gated road is the access road along the natural gas pipeline and power lines, and is the Belmont Trail.

This trail begins as a right fork a few yards down from the north Belmont Trailhead along the Belmont Trail. The views become increasingly scenic as you wind toward the western end of the trail where rocky cliffs rise up to the north of the trail. Watch for the metal trail signs that the National Park puts out as they are very helpful for identifying the other trail junctions and marking progress.
