Lerici to Tellaro

Although not far from the famed Cinqueterra, this route is much more rewarding and has no one on it. This path connects small towns, farms and is what locals would have used many years ago. It is a mix of pathways, stairs, local roads, and some remote trails through the woods. There is a section in the middle that gets overgrown and will require a little scrambling over fallen trees but most of it is easy to follow paths.

You start in Lerici and head above town (its steep but short), then follow some local road and a trail to the beautiful hill town of La Serra. The way through the the town exits at the end and connects to local paths and through the woods to Tellero. There are nice cafes in both towns and wonderful views of the sea. There is a bus that goes from Tallero back to Lerici.
