Parking is available across from the campground office, at the beach and at the public boat launch. Restrooms are at the beach and the boat launch. A seasonal snack bar is at the beach.

Perfectly flat

This is a flat and wide trail that goes from the campground past the beach then through some woods and ends at the public boat launch. There are lake views nearly all the way. This is a great run if you have a stroller or small children. It would be a nice stroll for someone who has mobility restrictions but still wants to see some lake and woods scenery. The trail is paved with gravel. From the boat launch end, you can cross the park road, run toward the bridge and then pick up the Hemlock Trail loop I've separately posted. This would make a longer nice and easy scenic run.

Ferns, cattails and acquatic vegetation near the water. Lots of shade except along the beach.
