friendsofsadlerscreek.org/p…

Description
This is the short loop of the trail at Saddler's Creek State Park.
While frequented by mountain bikers, the trail is a nice 3-mile loop through the woods of the state park.
There are frequent road crossings, that allow for even shorter loops or longer runs. Though there are no creek crossings, it does pass close enough by Lake Hartwell to get to the edge for a view of the lake.
Periodic changes are made by a local ultra marathon group and mountain bike riders.
Flora & Fauna
Be on the lookout for deer, as there are plenty around to be seen.
