Dogs Off-leash
Description
This trail begins and ends on Harold Bishop Dr. It can also be accessed from
Rocky Ridge Trail by continuing a short distance down the
Rocky Ridge Trail from where it also intersects Harold Bishop Dr. This access off of Rocky Ridge is what is indicated on this map.
There will be a trail intersection in a draw by a small creek. Take a sharp left and follow the creek to access Loop Trail or continue right on the
Rocky Ridge Trail, and it will connect back to Harold Bishop Dr.
The Loop Trail is similar to
Rocky Ridge Trail in that it mainly follows the contour of the ridge. This trail is mostly flat, and there aren't too many obstacles, which makes this a great route for less experienced runners. The easy running doesn't mean that this is a dull run, as there are many views and access points to the Devil's Tea Table, a good example of tea-table type rock erosion.
