Description
Clark's Hill/Norton State Historic Site is located on the eastern edge of Jefferson City, Missouri. The park preserves one of the campsites used by the Lewis and Clark Expedition as well as a lookout point from which William Clark viewed the confluence of the Osage and Missouri rivers. American Indian burial mounds may also be seen at the site.
This trail is a one-way singlebtrack that consists of a few steeper hills, which makes for a fun trail run on the way back down! Plenty of views, as well as wildlife. Don't get confused and wander down a game trail, I'm not sure what you'll find at the end of them! Happy running!
