Overview

This is a short, half-day out and back hike to a unique waterfall which resembles a tea kettle and spout.

Description

The trailhead parking area is located along a steeply graded gravel road. Four wheel drive is highly recommended. Park in the open field near the trailhead.

Follow the well-traveled singletrack trail into the forest and look for pink taped blazes on tree limbs. Continue until you come to the a small stream crossing. Shortly afterward there is a spring, which forms a small waterfall down the left side of the trail.

Follow the trail until you get to the edge of Warm Fork creek. Here, you'll need to wade across to access the waterfall. Approximately 500 feet from the creek you'll noticed a 40 foot tall falls pouring down from a rock shelter. Return to the parking lot using the same way back.
