Need to Know

The trailhead is not accessible other than 4 wheel drive vehicles. All others need to part about a mile down the road and run to the trailhead.

The final 30 feet are via a 2-3 foot wide ledge traversing the slick rock. Very exposed if you don't like heights.

Description

Moderately easy trail descends to cross a dry stream bed. Then an uphill trail becomes progressively steeper. An exposed ledge leads to the cave which has a natural window and distant views of the red rocks.

If the exposed ledge is too much, multiple tracks lead to the top of the rock with great all around views.
