They have a nature center towards the SW corner of the park next to the woods. Majority of the park is not shaded on the trail so lots of direct sunlight.
Runner Notes
Paved trail at times can get congested if they have any special goings on at the park. A couple times. a year the coyote kids will race and/or practice on the cross country cross on the park premise.
Flora & Fauna
Common birds for North Central IN are present with occasional deer that push into town. Red winged Blackbirds, Cardinals, various Sparrows and others
