Lebanon Hills has heated flush toilet facilities available year round at every trailhead.

I have seen runners on this trail. It's very well trafficked, so the terrain is solid in the winter.

From the Jensen Lake trailhead (between the bathroom building and the parking lot just past it), descend the stairs and turn left, then stay right at every intersection until you see the stairs you came down, about two miles later, and turn left up the stairs.

Alternatively, turn right at the bottom of the stairs and stay left at every intersection. It's hard to get lost because the lake is always within site, and the few intersections you run into will be very well-marked, complete with maps and intersection numbers.
