Need to Know
Circles indicate the main North-South trail, rectangles indicate the main East-West trail. Square trails are alternate trails that return back to the main trails. Cross trails (marked with an "X") are shortcut connector trails. Triangles indicate a special purpose trail (Green triangle is pedestrian only) but the Red and Yellow Triangle are designated for horseback riding.
Parking and kiosk at the beginning of the trail are off of Sam Hill Road. No restrooms are available.
Runner Notes
The trail is a mix of compounded soil, rocks and tree roots. a few creek crossings (one was only by rocks). The trail goes through a rock formation which is rather narrow to run through.
Description
The White Circle Trail is a wonderful moderate trail with a beautiful view of the Lost Lake. The in-and-out trail is well-marked and there is a white square trail that peels off the main white circle trail and offers alternative trails and viewpoints. If you want to make it a looped trail, you can use the small connector trails to bring you to the Orange Circle trail. a few creek crossings (one was only by rocks). The trail goes through a rock formation which is rather narrow to run through.
