The Glades starts at the gate where Cherry Cove Trail begins. Going past the gate you can continue on the road. This stretch consists of more houses, including people who seem very displeased that, someone other than they, are using the trails.

The Cherry Cove Trail was created to bypass this, least attractive in the trail system, option. It is recommended to go that way unless you are simply seeking to maximize mileage or check out a stretch you haven't checked out before.
