Need to Know
There is a parking area in "Mobekken" where you can start your run and park your car for free. It is also possible to pitch a tent behind the parking lot.
Runner Notes
Bring water proof running shoes. In Oslo all trails are marked but often they are muddy.
Description
This trail takes a few hours. Take bus number 56 and get off at the bus station "Akebakken". From there you can run to the "Grefsenkollen Utsiktspunkt" where you have a nice view over the city.
I walked deeper into the forest along small lakes where I pitched my tent and slept for a night. At the bus station "Sandermosveien" I took bus number 51 back to the city.
