Description

This trail starts at the intersection of the Big Valley Trail and Two Peaks Trail. The first half of the trail passes through wide open grassy hills. To the left you see views looking upon the City of Hercules with Mt. Tamalpais off in the far distance. As you begin turning left and descending, the city disappears and instead the valley below begins to reveal itself. The valley is wide, grassy and inhabited by carefree cows. At the end of the run you are reconnected with Big Valley Trail on the valley floor.
