Case Community Park features baseball/softball, a BMX bike track, a disc golf course, grills and picnic areas, horseshoe facilities, a playground, skate park, splash pad, volleyball and the Thunder Cares Basketball Court.

The paved multi-use path begins at the Case Community Center at the junction with the KATY Trail. Running through shade to the south past the playground, the trail then turns east along the river, passing under SH 97 to meet the SH 97/Saddlerock Trail.
