Description

Beginning at the Devils Waterhole, this trail climbs a large block of gneiss to the ridge on the south side of Spring Creek. There is a waterfall when the creek is running. For the most part, this section is open. At its furthest east there is a junction with the Devil's Backbone Nature Trail. From that junction the trail parallels Park Road 4 before returning to the Devils Waterhole through the woods.

Green and white paint blazes on the rocks mark the trail.
