Description
Trail begins at
Oliverian Brook Trail parking area and share the trail for a short distance. The first mile of the trail is a doubletrack.
At the first fork, follow the trail to the right. The loop trail is is the eastern loop of the Downes-Oliverian XC
Ski Trail, so it is marked with blue diamonds on the trees. About 0.2 mile in, there is a second fork, follow the trail to the left (the right fork connects to the
Downes Brook Trail trailhead).
At 1 mile in, there is another fork, follow the trail to the left (the right fork is FR 37). At this fork the trail becomes a singletrack until it ends at the
Oliverian Brook Trail. There is one short but steep descent shortly after the fork, and then the trail is relatively flat until it connects with the
Oliverian Brook Trail.
At the junction, you can go left to return to the parking area via the
Oliverian Brook Trail, or go right to run more of the
Oliverian Brook Trail or connect to the
Passaconaway Cutoff trail.
