Description

This beautiful looping route starts at the mouth of Pattee Canyon and climbs steeply through many switchbacks up to the lower ridgeline of Mt. Dean Stone. You'll traverse through mixed pine forest and open mountain prairie. A the top of the trail, there is a nice overlook of Missoula. Sousa Trail links in at the backside of the trail.
