It is $5 per car to park in the park but you are welcome to park for free off of Tammany Creek if space allows.

Hells Gate State Park and US Army Corps of Engineers Habit Management Unit is a great place to recreate but has very few options to get out of the sun or weather so be prepared. Dogs are to be on a leash at all times and plan to pick up any droppings (only equestrians are allowed to leave that sort of mess for others to enjoy).

A shoreline path that meanders along the camping areas.

This trail starts at the marina parking area and the end of the Levee Trail. The south end meets up with Easy Street Trail and Endurance Trail.

As per usual right of way etiquette, equestrians reign supreme and bikers yield to all (hikers rank in the middle).
