Follow the main road from San Isidro down to Urique. Dirt/gravel, some pot holes in places. Stand to the side and let cars go by for safety. Amazing views of canyon, mountains and Urique.

There is a natural spring about 7.5 miles from top or 11 miles from bottom if going in the opposite direction where you can fill up on water. I saw a vulture on the road waiting to get thermals and also cows.
