Need to Know
Even thought this is one way (counter-clock) loop, there is a lot of folks walking and running in other direction. There is several places of interest on the way. I would recommend read any tourist guide for visitors in New York. Lot of good tips for runners at Central Park Conservancy website.https://www.centralparknyc.org/activities/guides/running#:~:text=The%20longest%20loop%20in%20the,horses%20(yes%2C%20really!).
