Access from the driving range parking lot is only possible during the times when the driving range is open. There are not currently any other trail accesses to this lower trail entrance. Alternately it can be accessed from either Turtle Trail or Fire Road Trail

Narrow with close trees and bushes at the middle. The end near Fire Road Trail is often wet and muddy.

Begin this trail from the end of the driving range parking area. The first 100 feet or so are not especially well defined but can be followed. Dark green rectangular blazes start after about 100 feet and the trail is easier to follow from there. The first 0.2 miles are a pretty steep climb.

At about this point Turtle Trail joins from the right. From here the trail is relatively level but narrow for a while. The last part of the trail is a vehicle track but can be muddy much of the time. The trail ends when it joins Fire Road Trail. Some people and maps indicate that this trail runs with Fire Road Trail to the end but the current park signage and blazes show it ending here. The initial (lower) section of this trail has been relocated from several years ago when the driving range was built. The current trail is slightly to the South of the older trail.
