Description

As of August 2021, this trail has not been nearly as severely vandalized as the Perimeter Trail of Oakes quarry. The trail passes through a wooded portion of the park and ends abruptly in a subdivision to the north of the park. Some invasive plants can be found along this trail, but they have not invaded the forest yet.

Tree of heaven (Ailanthus altissima), Amur honeysuckle (Lonicera maackii), Eastern cottonwood (Populus deltoides), Eastern sycamore (Platanus occidentalis), Pale touch-me-not (Impatiens pallida), Black-eyed susan (Rudbeckia hirta), honeyvine milkweed (Cynanchum laeve)
