Overview

Fall foliage in abundance, with a few small bridges crossing streams. Option to trek the addition 0.25 miles each way leading to the Blue Ridge Music Center.

Need to Know

Large parking lot off State Route 612, and the trail starts just across the street. If you need a break, stop by the Blue Ridge Music Center shop for snacks and beverages during open hours.

If you even think you'll be there past closing time, *DO NOT* use the lot. Use the alternative street parking instead. That gate is closed promptly at the posted time.

Description

Park at the dirt lot off State Road 612. Begin your run across the street, trail is well-marked.At the first split go either clockwise or counter-clockwise. Option to continue the 0.25 miles each way to get to the Blue Ridge Music Center. No views, but plenty of foliage. Trail is moderately easy, no big climbs.
