Need to Know

The nature park building and grounds are open Tuesday through Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Sunday 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The park is closed on Monday and Tuesday as well as all major holidays.

Runner Notes

There are some larger roots and grape vines across the trail and has a tendency to by muddy after a rain.

Flora & Fauna

This is a dense forest consisting of mostly hardwoods, some pine, and a few patches of rivercane and small meadow areas. The wildlife consist of various birds, reptiles, and small mammals.
