Description

Pick up this new trail from the Border Line Trail (Staunton East Side Loop) or from North Elk Creek Trail #764 if running in reverse. It is a great singletrack winding through pine forest with great scenery of large rocks and mountains. It has a few short steep climbs but for the most part is runnable.

Great pine forested ground to run on with a few cool rock sidewalks. When you reach the junction at almost three miles you turn left to return to Staunton State Park on the North Elk Creek Trail #764 or turn right to eventually meet up with the Colorado Trail.
