There are about 10 parking spots. No facilities here.

The spectacular overhang at the top of Plodda Falls is just 400 meters from the parking, and then the real beauty of this enchanted forest lies ahead.

The loop is easy/intermediate; an optional trail spur to the bottom of the falls is pretty technical. Follow the white post markers all the way around.

You'll find yourself running among enormous Douglas fir trees and moss-covered peat. Having our packed lunch here was a Top 5 moment for our 10-day Scotland trip.

Option: The green-marked trail would make about a 1.8 mile loop.
