From Merh Kferzghab you follow the trail up to the Church, From here you leave the road and follow an established trail all the way up to Hmeis. Most of the trail is very well established except for 2 parts. Firstly leaving the valley floor and heading up the mountain, the trail is covered in fallen trees. Just being aware is enough to remind the trail. Secondly, going up at one point the trail becomes faint, but stay true to the mountain and the gps trails and you'll find your way.
