I don't recall there being bathrooms at the trailhead. Dog friendly but make sure dogs leashed.

Rocks and roots

About 4.4mi out-and-back trail that takes about 2.5 hours to complete. Not trafficked too heavily but expect to see a few runners out on the trail. The trail offers lots of fun in changing elevation up and down. There are minor scrambles towards the summit and some minor ridgeline running. Great for running with dogs, but dogs should be leashed.

You can get to the trailhead off of US-5/Barton Rd. Trailhead has good amount of parking/is a small lot. We didn't actually go all the way to Eagle Rock at the end of the trail due to rain beginning and slippery conditions at the summit. Summit view was amazing as we were there towards the end of color season. This trail is clearly marked (blue blazes).
