This trail leads you to some old milk farms, some in part restored. Along your journey, breathtaking views of the surrounding Tourmalet peaks await you.

Description
This trail uses a network of fire access roads + shepherd trails:
- Start by following a large fire access road until 1.7km/1mi
- At the fork, keep climbing, going West to the nearby Plateau d'Artigussy.
- At 2.4km/1.4mi, you can see one of the abandoned milk farm on the other side of the creek
- Stay on the South side of the creek until 3.7km/2.2mi
- Go right at the intersection, crossing the creek and climbing the hill up to the Courtaou des Esclozes. You'll see signs for it.
- The Courtaou des Esclozes itself is located at 4.4km/2.7mi
- Follow the
Courtaou des Esclozes Trail to make it back to the main road.
- Once at the main road, run downhill to find the lot you left from. If you want to avoid the road, you can also take the
Courtaou des Esclozes – Connecting Parking Trail.
Flora & Fauna
- Several red kites can be spotted along the trail
- Depending on the season, you'll meet cows along the way
- Multiple meadows along the way as well, with many flowers!
History & Background
Several information signs are available at the farm to get to know more about its history.
