Description
Timber Ridge Court is in the further reaches of Rathdrum Mountain Park. To get to it, from the parking area take
Stormking Parkway to
Timber Ridge Lane. Run
Timber Ridge Lane for about 3/4 miles to an obscure unmarked trail junction where Timber Ridge Court starts. Follow the obvious trail that bends slightly right onto Timber Ridge Court.
After a very short, somewhat steep climb uphill, the trail is level as it runs along a forested hillside that rises to the right. To the left, the views open up and the surrounding area is seen with a backdrop of mountains in the distance.
At the 0.2 mile mark, Timber Ridge Court make a broad U-turn and enters the beautiful, dense, lush, mixed conifer forest. Climbing gradually in the forest, for the next 0.2 miles, Timber Ridge Court ends after a short 0.4 miles, at the park boundary. Time to turn around and go back.
