The trail starts at a large parking area in the village of Creshevo. The path itself from the village is separated by a road, between the houses is asphalt and turns into a road. In the direction of the north, the path leads along a well-excavated road that has a furrow from the flow of water. At the village of Kostanj, the path itself intersects with many built roads to the local fields and to the road that has been widened and leads from Vinice to Trnika.
Then it turns into a trail that branches off from the big road to the north-west and thus leads along an impassable dirt road with lush vegetation. As soon as you climb the hill where the road itself ends, the path turns into a mountain path and here the entrance to the path is to the north. From the starting point to this place you need 1 hour of walking.
Then the trail enters a low-stemmed forest to pass into a high-stemmed forest near Straška Reka. The path leads through Straška Reka, beautiful views. Then there is a climb through the forest to the weekend cottages, where you climb again on a cart road that leads up almost to the top of Man 1402. Before the top, the car road leaves and in the direction of the east the path continues along a steep terrain up to the very top of Man 1402 m.

Почетокот на патеката е сред село на Црешево, каде има голем паркинг за многу возила и автобуси. Патеката е лоцирана на Јужната страна на планината Скопска Црна Гора. До патеката се доаѓа со возило од градот Скопје по асфалтиран пат.
Самата патека од селото се издвојува со колски пат, помеѓу куќите е асфат и преоѓа во колски пат. Во правец на север патеката води по доста ископан колски пат на кој има бразда од течение на вода. Кај месноста Коштањ, самата патека се вкрстува со многу направени патишта до локалните ниви и до патот кој е проширен и води од Виниче до Трника. Потоа преоѓа во планинарска патека која се искчучува од големиот колски пат кон северо-запад и се така води по кослки пат не прооден на кој има бујна вегетација. Штом се искочи на ридот каде завршува самиот колски пат, патекта преоѓа во планинарска патека и тука влезот за патеката
