Description
The trail starts from the abandoned village of Perellos – worth a quick visit if you have time.
Leave the parking lot and follow the trail as it descends through the hills and the nearby, low-traffic, roads, until you're at the very bottom.
There, you should see a small chapel on the other side of the road. That's where the trail resumes.
Follow a narrow path, surrounded by thick bushes. The trail is not marked but the path is fairly clear to follow as it is the only one. Shortly after leaving the chapel, you should pass a climbing wall. Keep going.
The trail ends at the cave. Before the end, you have a chance to see the cave from above. Follow the trail, going around the cave, and you should reach the main entrance shortly after.
The cave is really remarkable and fairly big. Be careful when going down as the descent can be a bit slippery.
