Description
This trail branches off
Tamposi Trail and runs southwest. The trail stays right, near the spur to the Access Road. It traverses rocky terrain up to the view, in the field of ferns. The trail isn't benched, here, so don't expect to see much for trail tread. It passes through an old Apple orchard, before crossing over a stone wall.
Just after crossing over the stone wall, keep an eye out for the faded blue blazes (to the left). Don't follow the blue flagging (to the right); this will only lead you to a dead-end in the woods. Descend along the western edge of the Apple orchard, keeping the stone wall to your left. At the southwest corner of the Apple orchard, the trail takes a sharp right turn. Here, the trail pushes through downed trees and limited blazes.
If you manage to reach the second stone wall, then you're still on the trail. It travels over some old broken bog bridges, then climbs through a Birch glade to the top of an un-named hill. The rock cairn signifies the end of this trail.
This trail is still in the process of being reclaimed, and may change route (or mileage) as this happens.
