Marsh can be seen at points to the south of the trail. Some side trails to the lakeshore just before reaching beach section of trail. The Woodland Trail follows park border and the beach section can be challenging with gravel and rocks.

Description
Trail starts on old service road in the trees. Approaching the beach section it is hard packed singletrack but clear/open on both sides to the trees. Beach section is loose sand/small pebble. Bluff section is challenging large rock and unstable smaller rocks with sections of sand/ small pebbles. Woodland section is primarily singletrack, but opens up for a while where it follows Cooper Bluff "road". Be aware that a portion of the trail is right along the park border.
