The sidewalk on the bridge over North Garland Ave. is narrow, and the street is busy, so be careful. Dogs might be skittish.

This trail section follows city sidewalks, and connects the North and South sections of the Winters-Spring Creek Trail. The only interesting thing on this section is the view of the creek from the N. Garland Ave. bridge. The sidewalk goes around Hawaiian Falls water park. At the east end of the trail is a parking lot and playground, and connection to the Winters-Spring Creek Trail South. At the other end, the trail connects to the Winters-Spring Creek Trail North. If you park at the Arby's at this end, make sure to buy something!
