Enter and exit through the western edge of the woodlands life care center. The trail will switch back on a slight incline for the first third of the trail and then switch back on the descent for the second third of it. The trail does connect to other nature trails as well as to the neighborhood on the east of the woods. There are plenty of little cut off's to arrange the trek however you'd like.
