Dogs Off-leash

No real views to speak of, though they could return in the future. Trail leaves the parking lot on Rt 10 and breaks into a steady easy ascent for .4 miles until it meets up with a logging road/snowmobile trail. The remainder of the the climb in on this road. You "top out" around .75 miles with indications of a former overlook, presumably of Grantham Mt. and Croydon Peak, but its grown in. The descent down the eastern side weaves through logging sites, some of them occasionaly active, though the trail was well marked. Trail does get muddy and rutted here as a result of the logging opperations.
