Need to Know
There aren't any signs or website notifications that mention the forest operations along this trail. The trail isn't closed, but there is heavy machinery in the trail. Please use extreme caution, when traveling along this trail, and ensure that the equipment operator is notified of your presence (before you try to pass).
Description
This trail starts off the
Viking Trail, near the Berry College Telecommunications Building. It travels along a dirt road northwest, mostly paralleling
Viking Trail. It travels through a Long Needle Pine forest, then passes by a cow pasture. Once you reach Possum Trot Road, the trail follows the road left. In roughly 1/2 mile, the trail will take you past the Possum Trot Church/ School. Here, the trail turns and travels northward. The trail crosses over
Lazy 'H' Horse Trail and continues following the road all the way up to
Snow Loop.
