Notes: Incredible to see the forest turn over as the elevation climbs. Very cool. Not many straightaways or downhills on way up for trail run/walkers.

Notes: Big Creek Gulf was great. Skip easy connector back on Laurel; return on Big Creek Rim (Stone Door Connector) instead. Add 3mi detour to Greeter Falls.

Notes: Always a great trail, especially in Spring/Early Summer when waterfalls are running. Don't let the "rockclimbing" scare you off, it's not that bad.

Notes: Art Loeb was mostly rhododendron coverage at this time of year. Nice climbs. Not a lot of scenery on North Slope trail. Carry water for dogs.
